Did you try to access your registry and a virus or spyware has disabled your registry even though you are under an administrator account you still can't access the registry. Safemode not working! PLZ SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE HELP! Your PC is completely infected with virus.. Even your anti-virus fails in repairing the problem.. Now, the only thing to do is identify the virus, get into safe mode and remove the virus manually.. But, when you try loading the safe mode, your PC goes off..!! The safe mode doesn't load..!! Your only option other than formatting the PC is also not working!! What do i do??!! Now, this problem does have a solution..!! The safe mode not loading is because of the virus.. These hackers are very smart.. What they do is program the virus to change some of the registry files.. So, now the infected PC cannot even delete it.. The only option you are left with is Formatting the PC.. You need not format your PC! Cause you can change the registry file back to normal and then the safe mode works properly.. :)!! But how do i actually do this?? It's pretty simple..!! Below is a registry file i have uploaded.. It contains the codes to revert back the changes made by the virus.. All you gotta do is install this registry file.. That's it.. You are done.. You're safe mode is back to normal.. Now, you can clear off the virus using the safe mode and your PC is absolutely fine!!
